Paper Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their original and unpublished research papers through the Microsoft CMT portal. Submissions must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All papers should be written in English and formatted according to the prescribed conference template (LaTeX or Word), ensuring clarity, originality, and technical soundness.                                                                         

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process based on originality, technical quality, relevance to conference themes, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers must be revised according to reviewer comments and submitted in camera-ready format within the stipulated deadline. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work for inclusion in the proceedings.

All accepted papers will be considered for publication in reputed publishers such as IEEE, ACM, and Springer, with indexing in Scopus (subject to publisher approval)
