Registration Instructions

Registration for ASTRA-2027 is mandatory for inclusion of accepted papers in the conference proceedings to be published as a Springer book. At least one author per accepted paper must complete registration and present the paper during the conference. 

Registration Fee Structure

Note: Registration fees include conference kit, access to all technical sessions, tea/coffee, lunch, and Springer publication charges for one accepted paper (for registered authors). Registration fees are inclusive of 18% GST. 

All Sponsored member participants will be FREE from registration.

The registration fee covers one accepted paper and one author. For papers with multiple authors, an additional fee of ₹500 per extra author will be applicable.

After completing the payment, authors and participants are requested to fill the online registration form and upload the required documents.

Registration Form

    You will be asked to provide:

• Proof of payment (transaction receipt / screenshot)

• Final camera-ready paper (PDF as per Springer format)

• Signed copyright / consent form (Springer template)

• Author details and affiliation information

Important Notes

• At least one author per accepted paper must register on or before the author registration deadline.

• Each registration covers only one paper. Additional papers by the same author require additional registration as per fee table.

• Only papers that are presented at the conference will be considered for inclusion in the Springer proceedings.

• Registration fees are non-refundable once the paper is scheduled for presentation and sent to the publisher.
