Paper Submission

Submission guidelines :

Extended abstracts, limited to 4 pages, and full length papers limited to 10 pages of original work based on any of the above themes are invited for presentation in this symposium as per the format specified below. The papers selected for presentation would be published in the symposium proceedings.
Paper size : A4
Font : Times new roman
Main text : 10 pts.
Headings : 14 pts.
Margins : 40mm at top and bottom and 25mm on other two sides, typed in single space with single column.
Abstract : 100 words (max.) with atleast 5 keywords.

Plagiarism should be less than 10%.
Each paper should contain the postal address and email of the author to whom all communications will be made. Kindly note that "Annual AeSI CFD Symposium 2024, BIT Mesra, Ranchi" should be mentioned on the top left of the first page of the paper.

Structure of the extended abstract

Title  ( should be crisp and concise describing the work)

 Authors with affiliations

 Abstract (to give a complete, albeit small, picture of the paper. No reference should be cited abstract)

 Keywords (maximum 5)

 Introduction (The background /motivation,the purpose of the research, and the research questions/objectives are typically presented here)

Methods : Theoretical / Computational / Experimental (Description of the main ideas presented in the paper and the studies conducted)

 Results and Discussion(Interpretation and discussion of the results)

 Conclusions (from the study with good substantiation)

 References (cited in the paper)

Currently only extended abstract has to be submitted in the portal. Final paper has to be submitted after acceptance of the extended abstract.

Selected papers will be considered for publication in reputed journals. Details will be made available on the website shortly.
