Due to the large number of helpers required to run the city championship meets each school should help to support the running of the meet with a Timer or Marshal.
2 weeks prior to the competition the hosting school will advise visiting schools of the lane they will be responsible for timing during the competition. Names must be presented to Hosting School 2 days before the meet.
If there is no timer present, as a representative for a visiting school, then the visiting school swimmers will not compete in the meet.
