How to add/withdraw subjects

When I login I get an error "Wrong Credentials". What does this mean and what can I do?
The error "Wrong Credentials" means you entered an incorrect username and/or password. Please make sure to enter the correct username and password. If you forgot your password, follow the steps below, Reset BISU ISMIS Password
I am not able to login to ISMIS. I get an error "Failed to Fetch".
Your Internet connection might be slow. Please connect to a better network. You may also try to Refresh the page. If still the same, try again at a later time.
I was able to login but when I applied for enrolment it said, "You are not advised for this semester."
This means you are not yet advised for this semester. Usually happens if you are a shiftee, transferee, or irregular student. If you are one of the three, please contact the Registrar's Office through their Facebook Messenger BISU Calape Registrar for evaluation and other requirements.
If you have already contacted the Registrar's Office and finished all requirements but still getting the same problem, please submit a service request here, Online Service Request Form. Fill out the form with the required information then submit it. The information that you submitted will be reviewed and validated. Once verified an email will be sent to the email account you used in submitting the Online Service Request Form. Inaccurate, incomplete data and details will not be entertained.

I don't know my username and password / I have not received my username and password.
For incoming freshmen, make sure you are on the List of Qualified Applicants to Enroll as posted in the official FB Page of BISU Calape, @bisucalapeofficial. Your login credentials is sent to the email address you submitted in the BISU Calape Online Pre-Enrolment Form for Freshmen (A.Y. 2021-2022). If you did not receive an email, please check the spam mail of your email account as well. If for some reason you still have not received any email, please submit a service request here, Online Service Request Form. Fill out the form with the required information then submit. The information that you submitted will be reviewed and validated. Once verified a Google Account Password Reset email will be sent to the email account you used in submitting the Online Service Request Form. Inaccurate, incomplete data and details will not be entertained.
Go to BISU ISMIS login page, https://ismis.bisu.edu.ph/login
Click on "Forget your password?" or click on the this link, Forgot your password?
Enter your BISU Email Account.
Click on Send Code.
Check your email (BISU Gmail account). You will receive an email with the reset link, Subject: ISMIS Account Reset Password

To reset your password, click on this password reset link, or copy and paste it in your browser. It will direct you to the ISMIS Reset Password page. Please note that this reset link expires in 24 hours.
Enter New password and enter again to confirm.
Click on Reset my Password.
To change block, follow these steps:
On the main menu, click COR.
On the COR page, click on < > icon on the left of the subject code.
A modal pop-up with the list of sections where the same subject is being offered, click on the section you want to transfer.
Subjects requested for change section will be highlighted in blue.
If you want to cancel your request, click on the < > icon on the left side of the subject code, then click Revert Change Section Request.
The Registrar's Office will check your request manually. You will know that your request has been approved if the highlighting on the subjects requested is gone.
ADD / WITHDRAW SUBJECTS
Adding or Dropping subjects are scheduled by the Registrar's Office by the end of the enrolment period. Follow this step on how you could add or withdraw your subjects.
On the main menu click "ADD/WITHDRAW SUBJECTS"
To withdraw a subject, click on the subject you want to withdraw.
Click Request Withdraw Subject to withdraw that particular subject.
Withdrawn subjects will be highlighted in red.
If you requested to withdraw the wrong subject you can cancel the request by clicking on the subject, then click Undo Withdraw Subject Request.
To add a subject first click the Subject Offerings button.
Check the subject you want to add, then click the Request Add Subjects button.
Added Subjects will be highlighted in green. If you added the wrong subject, you could cancel the request by clicking the Trash Icon on the left side of the subject code.
The registrar will check your request manually, you will know that your request has been approved if the highlighting on the subjects requested is gone.
