How to reset BISU Google Email Account password?

Please go to the Online Service Request Form to request for reset password. Fill out the form with the required information then submit it. The information that you submitted will be reviewed and validated. Once verified a Google Account Password Reset email will be sent to the email account you used in submitting the Online Service Request Form. Read and follow the instructions given in the email.

I do not know my BISU Google Email Account.

For old students, please go to the Online Service Request Form. Fill out the form with the required information then submit it. The information that you submitted will be reviewed and validated. Once validated, an Google Account password email will be sent to the email account you used in submitting the Online Service Request Form. For your security, the reset password link expires after 48 hours.

For new students, transferees and returnees, your BISU Google Email Account was sent to your registered personal email.

Your email account can also be found in your BISU ISMIS Account by clicking your name and going to My Account. Please disregard or ignore the default password indicated in your ISMIS account.

You will be asked to reset your password on your first Sign In with your BISU Google Email Account. Please reset your password and always REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD.
