Your Support Could Inspire the Next Big ‘Wow!’

The Annual WNY STEAM Conference is an opportunity for K-12 educators to learn best practices and new techniques for integrating the arts into science, technology, engineering, and math learning. With dozens of workshops on a variety of STEM and STEAM topics led by community subject matter experts, the WNY STEAM Conference is packed with valuable information in an interactive and engaging setting. The WNY STEAM Conference is organized jointly by the Education Collaborative of WNY and WNY STEM Hub, with participation from like-minded professionals, businesses, and organizations from throughout the region.

All sponsors and supporters will be acknowledged on the online registration site, in all publicity, and in the attendees’ packets. To meet printing deadlines and to maximize the value of your investment, please commit to your sponsorship as soon as possible or by February 1, 2018

Sponsorship Levels:

Conference Sponsor ($2,000 investment)

As the name-in-title-sponsor, your business name will append to WNY STEAM Conference 2019. This is exclusive positioning: your business name will appear in every reference in print, online, and in signage, creating thousands of impressions throughout WNY beginning in early 2019. Your company representative will address the attendees from the podium in opening remarks, and your business will have a table in the Vendor’s Alley.

Refreshment Sponsor ($1,000 investment)

Signage to acknowledge your sponsorship will appear on the continental breakfast service table, on the lunch line, and on table tents on the lunch tables. Your company representative will introduce the lunchtime speaker from the podium.

Vendor’s Alley Sponsor ($750 investment)

All attendees will visit the Vendor’s Alley to pick up valuable information about new products, resources, and to network between sessions. Your name will appear on all signage here. You may also display company information on a table. Investing in a vendor table (without sponsorship) is $200.

Supporter ($500 investment)

Your donation will help defray conference expenses and keep the registration low and affordable for all educators.
