Welcome to the new members of the Emerging Teacher Institute 2024-2025
EdCo's Emerging Teacher Institute offers summer training, monthly meetings to share ideas and build community, and individualized instructional coaching. Past participants have said:
My participation in the BTI underscored what college taught me and allowed me to try new teaching strategies without fear of repercussion.
I didn’t know I needed the BTI until I needed it, and then I really needed it!
The BTI is a great program for not just first-year teachers, but all teachers.
I wish I could stay in the BTI my entire teaching career.
I loved how the IC pushed me, provided me with many resources and was always available when I needed her.\
I loved having the chance to share ideas with others in my same content area.
As a brand-new teacher, I had no idea what to expect, but the BTI and the IC and the other teachers’ levels of experience was so helpful.
Now it is your turn to see how your own teaching will grow and develop as a member of the ETI!
