IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All sectionals are 7AM at the STEAM Band Hall. Shuttles will be provided to GDDS as well as for athletics. Per BISD policy, if a student’s sectionals overlaps with their athletic practice, students are excused from practice for their band sectional. Students will never be asked to miss a BISD game or meet for sectionals. If a student misses their sectional for any reason, they will need to attend another sectional within the same week to make up for it. Repeated missed sectionals may result in a change of band placement, loss of privileges (such as band trips), or removal from the group.
