Mrs. McGovern

My name is Mrs. Anne McGovern, and I'm excited to be a part of the BISD TAG team!  I will be working with students Frazier Elementary, and Mound Elementary.

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego, my Master's degree from Concordia University, Texas. I have taken many doctoral courses through American College of Education in Educational Leadership with a focus in STEM.  I have been in the classroom for 17 years, and have taught 2nd and 3rd grades, as well as GT.  I have 4 children and a supportive husband!   Maddie is a college graduate from Pittsburg State University in Kansas, Lacie is a junior attending Texas Tech University, Baylie is a 11th grader at BHS, and Thomas is in 9th grade at BHS.

You may see me at football games, tennis matches, getting adjusted at Trinity Chiropractic, at the ITS Gym, or hanging out around town.  I love this community!
