CPI Training:

• Initial trainings - 2 Days: 

  • All staff will be going back through a 2 day training. If you are certified in another district, you will need to go back through training in our district. Employees who trained with us last year, please refer to your blue card for the specific time of year you will need to attend. Work with your campus to make sure that all of your staff are not out at the same time. You will need to put in for a sub for the days that you register for.

• Refresher trainings: 

  • Participants will learn verbal de-escalation strategies as well as personal safety and physical interventions to use with children at risk for disruptive and/or aggressive behavior. **This class is for staff members who are renewing their yearly certifications.**
