COLLEGE VISITS & APPLICATIONS:

Here is the BISD College Planner for 8th - 12th Grade

Common App Step-by-Step Guide that walks students step-by-step through each question of the Common Application, including why it’s asked and how to best answer. Here is the link to the Application Guide for First Year Students
Juniors and Seniors are allowed two (2) college visits per school year that are considered non-absences.

To have a college visit approved, students must provide documentation from the college on official letterhead, signed and dated, confirming that they were on campus for a visit on the date of the absence. Travel days are not covered by this documentation.

TRANSCRIPTS:

ALL transcript requests for college applications must go through Parchment.
BHS will provide ONE FREE FINAL TRANSCRIPT at the end of the school year. (Mrs. Baker will send out a Google Form in May)

**Transcripts for scholarships may be provided by Mrs. Baker with advanced warning.**

DUAL CREDIT TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS:

Dual credit students may follow these instructions on how to request their transcript from Hill College to send to another college.
