It's important each day that we take time to "get moving!" This helps our bodies, brain and mood! Take just a few minutes to have fun and be creative. You can do jumping jacks, push ups, stretching, and much more. You can also go digital and do some fun moving with digital. Either way...let's get moving!

Rainbow Breathing
It's very important to take time to stop and practice breathing. Rainbow breathing helps us do this and in a fun way! Remember to breathe in through your nose and out of your mouth. You are smelling a flower and blowing out birthday candles! Have fun!
