Sometimes parents are uncertain how to help their children at home to learn specific skills. While there is not one "right" way to teach a math skill, it is good to be consistent in the methods used at home and at school. The purpose of this page is to demonstrate how we teach computational algorithms at Birchwood. Hopefully, this will end the common complaint, "That's not how my teacher taught me!"
