BAT is built with high quality material, sourced only from the best suppliers. The main materials are S235 JR steel and the stainless steel is AISI 304. All parts are cut on CNC laser machines or CNC lathes.
The steel parts are galvanized.
BAT is built in a metal structure of thick sheets.
The BAT is a manually controlled line profiling machine dedicated to the processing of stone, synthetic materials and glass. It can perform the necessary profiling operations in a stonemason's workshop without sacrificing performance in any way. The Basic model is designed to profile the outer edges of the most common construction works, such as kitchen tops, bathroom tops, stairs, tables, shower trays, swimming pools, window sills, fireplaces.The basic model profiles the workpiece which is already cut to measure.
The wheels are made of nylon. The design of the table and the distribution of the wheels makes the movement very smooth.

BAT is designed to profile external edgedes of counter tops, bath tops, window sills, stairs, shower bases, tables, fire places, monuments and much more.
The use of profiled wheels allows to create any type of profile, making BAT the perfect profiler.
The 3 three-phase motors have 3 KW in S1 each and a fixed speed of 2800 RPM.
Each motor has a double protection, one for overload and one for temperature.
This ensures longer engine life.
