Australian BioCommons - Legal and Contracts

The Australian BioCommons is not a legal entity. All contracts and agreements relating to BioCommons matters are managed through our host, the University of Melbourne (UoM).

Process wise, all agreements (whether they be ’incoming’ (e.g. from a funder) or ‘outgoing’ (e.g. to a subcontractor)), need to be forwarded by the BioCommons Ops Team through UoM's Themis Workbench to the RIC (Research, Innovation and Commercialisation) team at UoM for Legal advice and review.
