S.E.E.K., (support, empathy, empowerment, and kindness) is a private, peer-run student helpline designed to serve our fellow students and advocate for the campus community's overall mental health and wellness. We are a completely free service that is available every night the dorms are open from 7-10 pm. Call or text to connect with a trained peer and talk about anything on your mind.
S.E.E.K., although renamed and reimagined in 2016, has existed in some capacity since the 1970s, when it was called High Hopes. In 2012, the organization made the decision to transform into a helpline, and in 2016, it was relaunched and officially renamed S.E.E.K. Despite these various changes, the organization has always strived to be an outlet for anyone in need, and our organization has been prosperous, expanding its outreach and offering support to as many students as we can!
