About us
The Pre-Medical Association stems from a desire to create a pre-medical community for the general body of students at Binghamton University. Through our efforts, we aim to provide students with information regarding the medical education and application processes. Our meetings throughout the semester encompass a wide range of information related to the prospective medical school applicant.
Our objectives are:
To further educate members about medical schools and the medical school application process.
To inform students about different opportunities in the medical field.
To discuss health issues and collaborate with health related organizations.
To organize presentations and study groups in an effort to create a strong learning environment.
To hold discussions with pre-health advisors and guest lecturers to further member understanding of the medical field.
To culminate meaningful and lasting relationships between members as well as other organizations and students.
