Registration will open on February, 1st!
The registration window is February 1st- February 28th, 2026. Please note that if the event is full prior to February 28th, the form will close.
The event will begin at 8:30am for check-in and the sessions will begin promptly at 9:00.

Please register your student(s) by February 28th, 2026. (Space is limited.)
Check-in will be located in the main entrance atrium starting at 8:30am. Please make sure to escort your student(s) into the building to sign them in.
When registering online, you may add an additional authorized pickup name if it is different from the parent or guardian completing the registration. You will also have an opportunity during check-in to provide the name(s) of the person(s) picking up the student(s).
After checking in, we do ask parents/guardians to leave the building and enjoy their morning. They may return at 12:00 to pick their student(s) up. For folks traveling from further away there are some great places to visit around the area!
Students do not need to bring anything as each participant will receive a bag, and light refreshments after the final session. Students may bring a water bottle if they wish. Please note that any outside food must be nut-free due to allergies.
Yes, light refreshments including water and a variety of snacks will be provided after the final session. A full lunch will not be included in the event.
Please park in the main parking lot across from the main entrance of Vestal High School.
We ask parents and guardians to drop off their student(s) and enjoy the morning. We do understand that some of you may be traveling from further away so we recommend you explore the area as there are many great places close by!

The STEAM sessions will have a range between 15-20 students. This is dependent on session materials and activities.
