Arrival and Check-In
When arriving at Vestal High School, please enter the building through the Main Entrance.
Check-in will take place from 8:30-8:50 am, with the sessions beginning promptly at 9:00 am. Parents/guardians should escort their student into the main atrium to sign their student in for check-in.
After checking in we do ask parents/guardians to leave the building and enjoy their morning. For folks traveling from further away there are some great places to visit around the area! Please return to the main atrium at 12:00pm to sign your student out.
Sessions
Sessions
STEAM Sessions will begin at 9:00am and run until 11:50am. Your child will attend 3 sessions with a short break between sessions 1 and 2 and sessions 2 and 3. The participants will receive a printed schedule in their folder upon check-in. Your child's schedule is determined by their selections on the registration form. Last-minute changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as presenter illness. Light refreshments will be provided to students at 11:50am-12pm while they complete a short feedback survey.

All Full STEAM Ahead participants will receive light refreshments and be asked to submit an exit survey during this time frame to help our team plan future sessions.

All parents must come into the main atrium to reconnect with their child at 12:00 pm. As with before, please park in the designated lot and walk in the main entrance. Please check in with a Full STEAM Ahead volunteer when you enter as we will have you sign your student(s) out!
