Meet our Directors - Dr. Gillis Mattson and Dr. Romanczyk
Dr. Gillis Mattson's research interests include applications of machine learning/AI, addressing mental health across lifespan for autistic individuals, and provider training & burnout.
Dr. Gillis Mattson enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
Meet our Graduate Students
Diego Aragon-Guevara is a third year clinical psychology doctoral candidate from the Bay Area, California. Diego received his BS in Psychology from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. His research interests include online safety and quality of life for autistic adults. In his free time, Diego enjoys cooking, reading and playing sports.
Maria Saleem is a first year clinical psychology doctoral student from Queens, New York. Maria received her B.A. in neuroscience & psychology at the Macaulay Honors College at CUNY, and her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Queens College, CUNY. Her research interests include designing and evaluating training interventions that improve outcomes for service providers, parents, and autistic individuals.
