Ask the users to classify the email(s) as "Not spam" by following these instructions: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/1366858.
If the above instructions do not work, then most likely the email system you are using does not have Sender Policy Framework (SPF), Domain Keys Identified Mail (DKIM), and/or "Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance" (DMARC) records properly configured.
