The BPS Helpdesk will never ask for or need you to confirm your password. Be cautious of suspicious emails.
Currently, one email address per the student is used.
Please contact the school's secretary to verify that your phone number and/or email address is up-to-date in Aspen.
If the issue is with a cell phone number, and you haven't received an automated phone call since switching cell phone carriers/providers, please inform the school secretary of this information as well.
If your information is up-to-date in Aspen, or if you recently switched cell phone carriers/providers, then the school secretary can email the Helpdesk (helpdesk@billericak12.com) with the appropriate details so the issue can be looked into further.
Blackboard is updated on a weekly basis throughout the school year, typically on Fridays after 3:30pm.
