Accidents and the financial and human costs they cause are prevented. Accidental expenditures and numerous hidden costs are decreased by effective safety management. A system for managing workplace health and safety that includes policies, procedures, and strategies can help to reduce the risk of disease and injury due to working activities. Compliance is facilitated and the time required for safety processes is decreased by a solid safety management system. Safety management systems improve workplaces so that workers feel safe and help businesses project a positive image to the public. Since organizations who prioritize safety are seen as being more responsible, this could be a marketing advantage.

Additionally, it gives students the chance to learn about a wide range of postsecondary options and potential career routes, and it aids them in identifying professional interests that need further investigation. These seminars give students information on a wide range of careers. Students merely need to determine where they have the most potential. Employers locate the students they require to fill positions at the entry level. We are thankful to Jobs180.com for conducting this seminar for us 4th year students. It was a great help for us who want to find job for the betterment of our future endeavors.

SURGENCE: FIRST REGIONAL RESEARCH EXPOSITION AND STUDENT CONVENTION 2023

The first-ever Regional Research Exposition and Student Convention headed and organized by Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers - Bicol University Student Chapter (IIEE-BUSC) was successfully held at BUCENG Gymnasium. This event aimed to bring research to life. It is a successful exposition of innovation and discovery that showcased the different research studies about electrical engineering of 4th year students of Bicol University and Divine Word College of Legazpi. There are also many senior high school students from different schools in Legazpi, Albay who participated in the said event.
