Welcome to BIA’s School Counselor Corner. My name is Mrs. Bogues and I am the K-8th Counselor at BIA Charter School. I was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and I currently live in Fulton County. I have my Bachelor’s in Sociology and a Master’s in School Counseling from Mercer University. I have also completed my Ed.S in Professional Counseling and Supervision. I am excited to work with all the students and families at BIA and look forward to meeting all of you.
