Jordan Shoes Soar
by Jonathan
The Jordan 1 brand has experienced a meteoric rise in the last few years. This is because Micheal Jordan figured out how to pivot from basketball to business.
The first Jordan shoe ever made was the Jordan 1. Since then, the Jordan brand has made twenty-six Jordan 1-6’s. Micheal Jordan originated the idea of making the Jordan when Nike made a deal with the young star athlete.
Micheal Jordan has a net worth of 150 million dollars annually due to the sale of his shoes. Micheal Jordan was one of the former best basketball players in the world, so everyone wanted his shoes.
Jordan insisted that Nike make his sneakers with high-quality materials like full-grain calfskin and premium leather uppers like boots.
Be careful when shopping for these shoes because not all are the real deal.
How to be more organized
by Davina Separzadeh
Do you want to be more organized? I have an excellent tip to help with that. I often use this trick when I need to be organized.
For example, with homework, I make a list and go one by one and finish everything. Every night I have a list of things I need to do. For example,
clean up the room
brush teeth
brush hair
put on pajamas
go to sleep
You could make a list for anything, and when you finish the list, you will feel so complete.
Will Inflation Affect this Thanksgiving
By Edward Morrison
Inflation has been rough. It is at a level that has yet to be reached in over forty years. Some people now fear that a big thanksgiving with the whole family will be very expensive. Some families will have to shrink their Thanksgiving dinner.
People will have a lot more trouble doing almost everything involved in a big family Thanksgiving. First, good luck if you must fly to Thanksgiving; the average airplane ticket cost has gone up 25%, the most significant spike since 1989. This comes after the price of an airplane ticket decreased by 4.5% from 2020 to 2021, although covid probably helped.
Everybody has to do their part in purchasing and making all the Thanksgiving.
This will probably cause fights. Turkey's prices have risen 17% from last year. Imagine everybody fighting over who's buying Turkey. The average cost for a Thanksgiving will go up by about 14%.
Now here's how you can lower your Thanksgiving dinner cost. According to CNBC's Trina Paul, some good ways to do this would be to substitute the turkey with a different meat, such as chicken, pork, or beef. You can also host a potluck instead. These are great ways to save on your dinner, but this will still be a difficult Thanksgiving.
