*Life members of the Mathematical Society, BHU, are exempted from the ₹300 annual membership fee.

The registration fee covers the conference kit, breakfast, and lunch during the conference. A nominal additional charge of ₹1000 per accompanying person will be applicable.

Accommodation will be provided subject to availability. Participants are therefore encouraged to submit their accommodation requests well in advance.
