Massachusetts Work Based Learning Evaluation

Mentors should be prepared to review their interns based on the Massachusetts Work-Based Learning Model. The first review should be given mid-way through the internship experience, and the second review should be given at the end.

Please give both reviews on the same Work-Based Learning document provided. There is a separate sapce for both review 1 and review 2.
