At Highland Regional High School, we have three levels of Ceramics & Sculpture. Ceramics & Sculpture I is an introductory course which teaches core hand-building skills and utilizes multiple forms of three dimensional art media. Ceramics & Sculpture II builds upon the skills learned in the introductory course and supports students as they create more challenging artworks. Ceramics and Sculpture III allows students to create a collection focusing on a personally significant theme.
Ceramics & Sculpture is more than a creating class- it's a dynamic, collaborative space where students think, problem-solve, and work together to tackle design challenges and explore a wide variety of hands-on artistic activities.
