• Log in to your Zillow Showcase account. (You can also find a Zillow Showcase tile in MyConnect)

  • Once logged in you will see the "All Listings" page.

• Select "New Listing".

• Fill in some basic details about the listing i.e. beds, baths, price range, etc.

• IMPORTANT: Select Order Showcase & Media

Media Capture Options

• Choose the media capture option "Have your own photographer?"

  • Enter your photographer's name and email. 

    • Company Name: Next Door Photos

    • Company Email: Delivery@NextDoorPhotos.com

  • Zillow will send an email to your photographer with an upload link.

  • Go to your area's Next Door Photos order page and place an order for your preferred photo package. Showcase listings require a Zillow 3D Tour so be sure to select that NDP Add-On during the order process.

• • • Once NDP finishes your media they will upload the media directly to your Showcase listing on Zillow.

  • You will be notified via email that your media has been uploaded to Zillow.

  • You will also receive your media from NDP as usual.

    • Upload your media to the MLS as usual being sure to add the Zillow 3D Tour link to the "Virtual Tour" field in your MLS listing.

Put the finishing touches on your Showcase Listing before going live on the MLS

• Log back into your Zillow account and click on your listing.

  • Or click the link in your ShowingTime+ notification email that the media has been uploaded.

• Set your photo carousel photos.

  • Save changes.

• Set your room photos.

  • Save changes.

• Review and adjust your agent profile.

  • Save changes.

You're now ready to make your listing live on your MLS!
