Each listing you would like to showcase requires just one token, which we’ve secured at a special, reduced price of $189!
Please note: A Zillow-approved photographer must take the photos for a Showcase listing. In addition, a Zillow 3D Tour option is required for all Showcase listings. Additional charges beyond the typical photo session may apply. (Our preferred photo vendor NextDoor Photo is Zillow-approved and offers a Zillow 3D Tour add-on.)

No, tokens will not be automatically applied to current listings. However, if you have the required media, you will be able to 'flip' your existing listings over to showcase listings.
Tokens are not automatically applied to listings. When an agent loads a listing, they have the option to use a token to add Showcase to that specific listing.
A team lead can sign a contract for a certain amount of tokens and we then add each of their team members to the Showcase platform, allowing team members to use tokens for their listings at the Team Leads contracted rate.
The initial contract charges, whether paid in full or in installments, will be applied to the Team Lead's Agent Supply Account. We can then work with the Team Lead to determine how they would like to handle the billing of tokens used by team members.
Centralized Billing: All charges, including any tokens used beyond the contractual amount, will remain on the Team Lead's account. Any financial settlements between the Team Lead and Team Members can be managed separately within the team.
Individual Billing: After a monthly audit, any tokens used by team members will be charged to the respective team member's Agent Supply Account (at the team's contract tier pricing). A corresponding credit for those tokens will be applied to the Team Lead's Agent Supply statement.
Photos will still be ordered through Next Door Photo as usual and you will still receive our discount pricing. However, yes - A Zillow 3D tour is required with all Showcase listings so additional charges would apply on the photography side (but at a discounted price).
Yes, the tokens are set to expire on December 31st, 2025.
WHAT CAN BE SHOWCASED: FAQs
No. You can only use Showcase on “For Sale” residential homes that are entered in to the MLS.
Yes, as long as it’s listed as For Sale property.
Yes. Showcase supports Coming Soon listings as long as your MLS allows it and shares that data with Zillow.
No. Showcase is not ideal for vacant land, as many of its unique features are designed to highlight property details that aren't applicable to land-only listings.
LISTING CREATION AND EDITING: FAQs
Here are the steps to placing a listing:
Make sure the listing agreement is signed.
Input the listing in app.showingtimeplus.com.
Create a draft listing in your MLS (if applicable).
Only one agent can be listed on a Showcase listing. Showcase listings will not feature a co-listing agent, but teams can combine into one profile.
However, you can edit the Showcase Agent Profile attached to your account to be for an individual agent or for a team. This profile will apply to all of your active Showcase listings.
Yes. You can edit the rooms after the Showcase listing goes live.
Once the listing is set as “active” on the MLS and the virtual tour link is pasted into the MLS, it will appear with the Showcase treatment on Zillow almost immediately.
The Zillow 3D Home Tour URL has a special code at the end to indicate it is part of a Showcase listing. If an agent does not include the virtual tour link, it will appear as a standard Zillow listing.
Multiple Listing Service: FAQs
You will need to contact Customer Support and request that they reactivate the Showcase listing manually.
Every MLS should have a field for placing virtual tour links. If you are unable to locate it, please reach out to your local office manager or brokerage for assistance.
The photos displayed on the Showcase listing come from ShowingTime+ to ensure the image quality. The Showcase app powers the hero carousel photos, group by room photos, floorplans, panos, agent profile, and the Zillow 3D Home Tour lightbox. The MLS powers all of the other information, including the home details.
Leads, Contact Agent Button, & Tours: FAQs
Showcase is not primarily a platform for lead generation. Showcase is designed to help an agent’s brand and listings stand out.
We recommend Zillow Premier Agent for agents who are focused on lead generation.
Depending on the status of a listing, this button may or may not be present. The “Request a tour” button is removed when a listing’s status is either Coming Soon or Pending.
