The AP course is divided into three core parts: poetry, short story, and drama. Those three core parts cycle three times throughout the year. In addition to exploring literature and poetry from all parts of the world, students will engage in frequent class discussions, build their vocabulary base, and practice for the AP exam. They will also craft frequent analytical drafts that vary in length and depth. Students can earn college credits for this College Board accredited course. Most texts can be accessed online.
