2025 Berks County Transition Coordinating Council Mary Mazzoni Scholarship
The Berks County Transition Coordinating Council (BCTCC) Mary Mazzoni Scholarship supports graduating high school seniors with disabilities as they transition from school to postsecondary education and training. Students will be recognized for their determination, resilience, and commitment to pursuing a career path that aligns with their skills and aspirations.
Applicants must be high school seniors in Berks County with a documented disability.
Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM on 3/1/25
BCTCC TRANSITION EXPO- Transition Expo is a FREE community event that is designed to connect students with disabilities and their families with local supports, agencies, and opportunities that can potentially assist in planning for transition from school to adult life in the areas of employment, education & training and independent living/ recreation. The Expo will be at the BCIU on April 10 from 3:30 to 7:30. Please see flyer linked below.
The BCTCC is hosting the Bridging Knowledge to Know How Conference. This is where educators, community partners, families, and youth come together to learn evidence-based practices and tools that bridge the gap between knowledge and practice!
