The courses do NOT receive a grade, they are an extra curriculum provided by Edgenuity
If you want access to any of these courses, email bgvirtualacademy@bgreen.kyschools.us to have them added to your Edgenuity Dashboard. Be sure to specifically request which test you want added (e.g., ACT, SAT, and/or PSAT).

Things to know about Virtual tutor test prep
There are no teachers assigned to these courses. Students study completely independently as if they were prepping through a traditional test prep course.
If you do not complete the courses, this does not hurt your grades.
There are no grades given for completing or not completing these courses, these are just resources to help you study for ACT, SAT, and/or PSAT.

How do VT courses progress?
How do VT courses progress?
At the beginning of each virtual tutor course, a diagnostic pretest evaluates each student’s unique strengths and weaknesses in the content.
Based on the results of the diagnostic pretest, the strand is then further customized; each student receives an individualized learning path of instruction and practice focusing only the skills not yet mastered.
Each strand will vary in length depending on the required skills or standards, but will typically include between 20-25 lessons.
On average, students typically spend between 50-60 minutes on each lesson.
At the end of the personalized learning path is a diagnostic post test.
