Course Description
Having an understanding of communications technology is an important part of being both technologically and media literate. Communications Technology courses are project based and will provide students with opportunities to acquire the knowledge and skills to design, use and manage electronic, live, recorded and graphic communications systems, specifically in the areas of TV, videos, and movie production, audio, print and graphic communications, digital imagining, broadcast journalism and animation.
What You Will Do
Students will examine to role of communication in society. They will take part in the design of a solution for a communication challenge. Students learn to affectively make posters, produce graphical image improvements and make affective videos and edit them to achieve special effects and achieve desired outcomes.
