Visitors and Volunteers

At the BGCDSB we embrace the opportunity to welcome our volunteers and visitors into our buildings. Connection with the community is an important part of a Catholic School Experience. Any regular visitors to a school are required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test, self-screen and to wear a medical mask (for example, surgical/procedural) while on school premises. A medical mask will be provided by the school if needed. While we always welcome volunteers and visitors to our schools, to begin the school year we will start by welcoming visitors who provide essential services such as Public Health, Thames Valley Children's Centre etc. Communication between parents/guardians and teaching staff or administration will continue to be conducted through phone calls, email, virtual. We will continue to monitor Covid 19 with hopes of returning to our regular process as the year progresses.
