Mental Health Champions
The Youth Mental Health and Addiction Champions (YMHAC) Initiative boosts mental health, illness and substance use education and awareness among youth through empowering Youth Leaders and Champions.
Each school year, schools run the Rainbow's program for students who have experienced loss. An educator trained in Rainbows facilitates a small group on a weekly basis and they participate in small discussions and activities.
Peer Leadership (High School)

This program enlists the mentorship of senior level students, who are taught how to facilitate workshops that support the social, emotional development of the students through positive interactions and talking circles.
