Dear Kindergarten Friends:

Welcome to the world of learning! Your years at school promise to be a time when you will discover that God has blessed you with many wonderful gifts and abilities. Over these days and years, you will learn to let your light shine by developing these abilities, and sharing them with everyone.

You will become an important member of a loving class family, and part of a school community which helps each other to live in God’s light and love. Each day, you will learn more about Jesus and his Church, and you will pray and celebrate God’s love for you, in many different ways. Today, we present you with the gift of this special book to help you to always remember that Jesus your friend, and the Light of your World, walks with you always. It is our prayer that your school years be filled with happiness, as you continue to open your mind and heart to God’s wonderful love for you.
