Orchestra Uniform - a complete note will be coming home the first week of school with additional information
Men. All men will wear tuxedo pants, black long sleeved button up dress shirt and a long black tie. Chamber Orchestra men will add a tuxedo jacket to this uniform. A tuxedo can be purchased or rented from LeSueur’s Tuxedo. Mr. LeSueur will visit the classes in Aug. 5 to measure and fit the boys. Those who purchased last year and have changed size will be fit for a new tux for a $10 resizing fee. Please plan to purchase black dress socks and black dress shoes in addition to the items above. The shoes need to be ALL BLACK including the soles. No Athletic shoes allowed.

Women will will have a dress or pant option. The fitting will be August 5th during class time. Please plan to purchase black socks - at least knee high, tights also acceptable and black dress shoes in addition to the orchestra dress.
The pant option is the same as the men's requirement. Black Tuxedo pants, Black long sleeved dress shirt and long black tie. The dress option is along black neck with a sweetheart neckline and a high waist tie. We have sample sizes in the orchestra room for girls to try on before we order.
As explained in the BFHS Course Catalog, the cost of a uniform should never prevent a student from participating in orchestra. Please contact Ms. Petty regarding assistance.
