Hello, Fifth Grade Families!
We had another wonderful week in fifth grade!
🔎 Historical Inquiry
Students learned how historians use questions and evidence to understand the past. They practiced these skills by conducting oral-history interviews with one another. They did a wonderful job asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and learning from their classmates’ experiences.
đź“– Special Guest Reader
We were excited to welcome a guest reader into our classroom! Our story taught us about different kinds of treasures and helped us reflect on the meaning of wisdom.
đź’› Wisdom and True Treasure
Students learned that wisdom includes recognizing what is truly valuable in life. The greatest treasures are not always things we can buy—they are the peace and happiness we find through meaningful relationships with our friends and families.
❤️ Classroom Highlights
I continue to be proud of this wonderful group of students! They are showing curiosity, kindness, and enthusiasm for learning each day.
Thank you for your continued support. Have a wonderful weekend!
