Welcome to ORCHESTRA!!! Orchestra is a class offered as an extra curricular activity at Benjamin Franklin Elementary School for students in grades 4-6. Two different sessions are offered: 4th Grade and 5th/6th Grade. All classes will meet on the Stage.

*4th Grade 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm
First day of class is August 4th.

*5th/6th Grade 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
If this is your first year playing, you will start class on August 4th.

If this is your second or third year playing, you will start class on August 18th.

I'm interested, but which instrument should I play?

In Orchestra, you can choose which string instrument you think you would like to play! Most students choose instruments because of the way they look or sound, and what type of music they are interested in playing! (Check out my INSPIRATION tab in the menu for some ideas!) You may choose between the violin, the viola, the cello, or the double bass.
