Aquatic-based training programs geared toward both aquatic and non-aquatic focused athletes. Improve joint strength & flexibility, increase muscle strength & hypertrophy, and improve aerobic & anaerobic conditioning.
Land-based training programs geared toward specific sports, specific outcomes (e.g. joint strength, endurance, speed, vertical jump, cardiovascular conditioning, etc), or whole body strength & conditioning.
Great for teams or groups of individuals with a shared expected outcome.
Programs are fully customizable.
Technique
Competitive swimming: customizable to the group's need, may develop surface swimming, starts, transitions, and turns.
Competitive fitness sports: optimized for the aquatic portions of CrossFit, Triathlons, Obstacle Course Racing, Aquathlon, etc.
Basic swimming competency: learn and practice the elements necessary to becoming a strong swimmer whether to access other swimming based opportunities, build an aquatic-based fitness routine, feel more comfortable around and/or on the water, or just keep up with the kids and/or peers.
Fitness (Strength & Conditioning)
Aquatic workouts to build endurance, increase muscle strength, hypertrophy and contraction speed, as well as improve mobility. These workouts can be tailored to groups of competitive swimmers and/or non-swim focused athletes.
Hybrid workouts built on a combination of aquatic and land based training. Also suitable for any group.
Land workouts built largely on body-weight activities via calisthenic, plyometric, and isometric exercises as well as kettle bells. Suitable option for any group and can be run indoors or outdoors.
Team Building
These training options also provide an excellent opportunity for team building. Whether the sole focus or an added component, athletes will learn that individual training is optimized when the group works collaboratively to actively and simultaneously push and support each other.
