Race Pace Training
USRPT is a science-based training program. It is customized both to individual swimmers and specific races and has been shown to not only reduce injury but also prevent excessive fatigue. Mesocycle training sessions are intense, increasing muscle strength, hypertrophy and contraction speed.
To Participate, swimmers must
exhibit self-controlling & self-monitoring behavior
be able to use a pace clock
use this as a supplement rather than a substitute for team training
Limited to 12 participants per hour
