We understand that many individuals lack their own email address. While we recommend that you talk to your organization for assistance with creating one, you are also free to continue with the assessment without an email address. You will be given the option to select “I’d prefer not to provide it” or “I don’t have an email” at the start of the service. However, know that without an email, you will be unable to save your progress and view Your Personalized Health and Well-Being report.
