In the past few years student clubs and athletic programs have requested to wear cords at graduation. It has become out of control and I am taking steps to regain order and meaning to cord designations.
In the past few years student clubs and athletic programs have requested to wear cords at graduation. It has become out of control and I am taking steps to regain order and meaning to cord designations.
Moving forward the only groups that will be approved to order cords are Honor Societies and Student Officers (ie. Senate, Council). Academic Honor students will also continue to receive a gold cord as well.
