Tournament at UMass Amherst Inv.
Eagles Varsity had the unique opportunity to compete at the amazing UMass Amherst Campus with the fields being located right outside of the beautiful McGuirk Alumni Stadium on May 4th and 5th. The first day was amazing weather and even better play as BC went 3-0 in pool play. Unfortunately, with a mix of poor play and very poor weather conditions BC went 1-2 in bracket play ending the tournament with a 4th place finish. It was an absolute honor to be invited to come play against some of the best of the best in the Northeast region. With great improvement from our Varsity team, even through uncontrollable situations such as the weather, our team feels primed and ready to make a historic run at this years NYS HS Ultimate State tournament.
Eagles Varsity and Junior Varsity had the opportunity to compete at the beautiful Hotchkiss school for the 25th running of the "Hotchkiss tournament." Due to some uncontrollable weather, this was the first event the Eagles played in and they had a great showing! Varsity ended their pool with 1 win and 2 losses. The last game was an 8-7 loss during Universe point against the host's Hotchkiss. A huge improvement from our game with them last year. JV also had a great day. They played with amazing spirit and had many learning opportunities as this was many of our player's first games! Keep it up Eagles, Our next stop is Amhurst!
Join us for the annual DiscNY Tournament hosted in The Bronx, NYC, on March 24th starting at 9am. Although this tournament was invite only for players, all players not invited to play are welcome and encouraged to come and support their teammates!

On November 8th, our Ultimate Team took on ACA (Augustine Classical Academy) whom we met during the Niskyuna Round Robin. With great effort in both the Competitive and Developmental games, Bethlehem came away with a record of 1-1. The competitive game ended 12-4 in favor of BC, while the developmental game came up short for BC with a score of 2-8. It was a great set of games by both teams, and it was awesome to welcome ACA to BCHS.
Bethlehem had a great showing at our last event big of the year. Niskayuna High School held a round-robin tournament for 2 Bethlehem high school teams, 2 Niskayuna high school teams, and one team from Augustine Classical Academy. This was also the first Middle school ultimate event in capital region history. To the left are the 6 players from BCMS that we sent to compete. Click on their picture to see more of the event.
