Spring 2025 High School Ultimate Frisbee Updates
Spring 2025 High School Ultimate Frisbee Updates
Is your child interested in playing Ultimate Frisbee this year? If so, you will want to note the important information below.
Students wishing to participate in Ultimate Frisbee at the High School this year will need to register and get medical clearance. Please do not let this deter you from signing up! The Ultimate Frisbee Club is always looking for new members!
Registrations will begin Tuesday, September 3rd.
All registrations will be done using FamilyID. More information about the registration process and using Family ID can be found below.
When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You will be able to enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs. If you already registered
your child for other sports, you will be able to use their existing profile.
To help you prepare for the online registration, please be sure to have the following information readily available so that your sign-up experience is a positive one:
A copy of your student’s most recent physical dated September 1, 2023 to present
Authorization for Administration of Medication form (if applicable)
Information for two emergency contacts
Student’s physician contact information
Student’s dentist contact information
Student’s medical history
If your child has tested positive for COVID please have your provider fill out the BCSD Return to Play form (if not already completed and submitted).
