Students will be able to volunteer up to 4 days a week for 2 hours a day.  Students will usually switch volunteer sites 2x’s a year (one job site per semester). However, this can vary based on the student. Students will be developing work behaviors and skills in a REAL work environment. As students start at a new job site, they will work in crews with an assigned Bethel School District job coach on-site. Students may also have independent community work experience sites with a Bethel School District job coach on-site to start the student, fade back, and then monitor, so students can build up independent work skills over time.
