Do you have a heart to abolish sex trafficking? Do you want to see those affected by sexual exploitation reached and empowered? We are committed to partnering with local ministries to see God bring restoration to the sex industry here in Redding. As a part of this team, you will be trained to minister in massage parlors and equipped for street outreach. We are looking for those who have a heart for God to bring revival to all those involved. Men and women are needed, and anyone who speaks Mandarin (or any other Eastern Asian language) is also helpful!

Jesus preached the Gospel everywhere, especially to the broken and the needy. In this activation, you will empowered to model your life after Jesus by preaching the Gospel to those in the local Redding bars!

Tuesday 3:00-6:00 PM
The Benevolence phone line receives 50-100 phone calls each week from people requesting assistance with rent/lodging, utilities, food, gas, and medicines. Our Benevolence volunteers minister to people over the phone by returning phone calls and in person visits from those who come to the office. The heart is to gain perspective on situations, discussing each case with the overseer to see if and how we can help, and then informing each person about the decision made. Our goal is to facilitate an encounter with the Father in a way that changes the person’s life, whether we are meeting practical needs or ministering the love and power of Jesus.
Wednesdays 8:30-10:30 AM
Do you have a heart to see women and families thrive? Do you want to offer hope to those facing an unplanned pregnancy? Do you have a passion to see abortion end? Do you want to bring compassion & healing to women who have had an abortion?
Join us! This grassroots Redding movement has been gaining momentum the past few years with miraculous stories of women choosing life, babies being born, and abortion healing taking place. You don't want to miss being a part of this!
Our focus includes prayer, intercession, and outreach. Teams meet weekly as we do Kingdom work together to bring light to these seemingly dark places. You will be developed to carry the compassion of Jesus with the distinct privilege of loving all people. Expect to be equipped in strategic intercession, trained in conversations with abortion-minded women outside local abortion clinics, and so much more. We work closely with North State Care Clinic [pregnancy resource center] and Love Back to Wholeness [abortion healing ministry] to provide the best support and resources to women and families we meet along the way. No experience necessary! Just a heart for people. This Activation challenges inspires, and is an incredible teacher - you can be confident that you'll conclude the year grateful you've spent it with this team. Men, this activation is for you, too!

Join us as we embark on new beginnings together in the city of Redding. In this Activation, we'll nurture friendships and help guide our community in faith through simple biblical principles. Every Sunday morning, you'll participate in the Fresh Start Class alongside our new believers and attend the 10:30 church service together. You'll also engage in monthly follow-up calls with those recently saved and continue supporting new believers. Additionally, every other month, we'll host community gatherings that could include coffee meet-ups, lunch outings, or trips to the lake. This is a family-friendly Activation, so we welcome families to serve together.

If you want to be trained and equipped in evangelism, this Activation is for you! Friday Night Strikes will give you the opportunity to grow in supernatural kingdom power on the streets of Redding while in the context of a loving family environment. Some ways you'll partner with Holy Spirit to be activated are: treasure hunts, prophetic art, compassion ministry to the homeless, and other creative and fun opportunities. We guarantee that no matter how fearful or inexperienced you might be if you want it- you will see that God has put inside you more than you could dream as you partner with Him to see the lives of His prodigals changed forever.

The Streets of Redding are a place of hope! We invite you to become a friend to the unsheltered. Through relational equity, we will see Redding transformed one person at a time. Join us as we love people, establish trust, and create friendships that bring the hope and love of Jesus. In this activation, you will visit homeless camps and motels to build relationships with individuals. Every week you will sit and enjoy a coffee and/or meal with a friend from the streets and disciple them through love, hearing their story, laughter, connection, and the word. Our heart is that friendship restores lives into wholeness. Our team will be trained and equipped in the practical steps of helping unsheltered individuals leave their lives on the streets and start a new lives in new, healthy communities. Healthy people transform lives through the power of fellowship. "He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes, with the princes of his people." Psalm 113:7-8

We believe God passionately loves San Francisco and is tirelessly pursuing real, transformational relationships with each person in the city. We believe we are all unique individuals who are part of His redemptive plan to bring His kingdom through practical and supernatural forms. Our heart is to proclaim the life-changing message of the gospel of Jesus and see the city transformed by the radical love of God. We are all a puzzle piece in this time in history, designed to fulfill the great commission in San Francisco and then the world. No matter our contribution, it's an integral part in the spiritual revival of the city of San Francisco, leading to Jesus. Join us and be exactly who God made you to be in the time He made you to be it. Here's a sneak peek of our audacious vision and mission to see God transform a whole city from the bottom up.

This Activation is an outlet for students to apply practically what they learn in BSSM in service to our city. Students are put in intentionally built teams that journey together throughout the year with a rotating emphasis of weekly prayer or outreach. On outreach weeks we send students out with an emphasis of prophetic and relational evangelism. Every year we see students activated in gifts of the Spirit as they overcome fear and learn to have fun partnering with the Holy Spirit in evangelism. During prayer weeks we send teams out to intentionally pray over areas of city. Both components we see as vital to reaching our city.

This Activation will have many opportunities for you to take risks, conquer fear, share your faith, and fully step into your identity as salt and light in the world. Let's partner with God to reach Universities!

This activation is an opportunity to partner with Mountain Chapel in Weaverville, California to reach our town and the greater Trinity County community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are seeing and partnering with the work we see Christ doing in our region - people being set free from addiction, violence and hopelessness; individuals being transformed by encounters with the heart of God; families reconciled; and hearts experiencing deep inner healings, to name a few. These same people are walking through our doors and finding home and family in our church body, but we're just seeing the first fruits of what we believe God is wanting to do. The harvest is ripe in Trinity County! Partner with us as we evangelize our town - through treasure hunts, prophetic/prayer booths, blessing local businesses, and creative ministry opportunities. Our vision is to see students from BSSM partner with members of Mountain Chapel to reach the town and region together.
Thursdays 2:30-5:30 PM
X-treme Kids is devoted to bringing heaven to our local kids. If you want to grow in leadership, the supernatural, or discipline, then this Activation is for you. You will get the opportunity to go with a team to one of our local schools to put on a program and teach kids about the goodness of Father God. There will be opportunities to share the gospel, teach the kids about hearing from God (prophecy) and praying for supernatural healing, as well as connect with the kids and help teach them valuable life skills. We believe that there is no junior Holy Spirit, and it's so powerful to see childlike faith built in our local kids. We would love to have you on our team!

We are looking for leaders to help support us love on high schoolers at least once a week, creating a fun high energy environment for kids to encounter incarnate Jesus in us. There will be kids who know jesus and kids who don’t. Our goal is to create relationships and “win the right to be heard”.
