About Third Year

Mission of Third Year

The mission of BSSM is to equip and deploy followers of Jesus Christ to passionately pursue transformation in their God-given spheres of influence and to raise up Kingdom entrepreneurs who will be sent out to change the world. BSSM Third Year provides opportunities for you to demonstrate the kingdom of Heaven in an environment related to your unique destiny. You will be providing valuable service to both the mentor and the organization. In return, every mentor provides opportunity, experience, and anointing to expedite your journey into your calling.

Goals of Third Year

· Cultivate skills that will aid you in Third Year and beyond

· Develop an understanding of the larger ministry or business

· Establish or make progress towards determining a career path

· Take initiative and establish yourself professionally and personally

· Grow in building, stewarding, and sustaining relationships

· Take what you have learned through BSSM and translate and apply it to different cultures and everyday situations

· Learn how to create beneficial lasting impressions through representing yourself, BSSM, and the Kingdom well

Strategies for Growth

· Gather resources and information in your specific field for the future

· Study the character and leadership skills of your mentor

· Perform day-to-day tasks of Third Year with joy and excellence

· Take on new projects and assignments as provided

· Take risk and have a “can do” attitude to get lots of experience in a variety of opportunities

· Explore new ways to perform tasks and solve problems, challenging “the way it’s always been done”

· Increase your effectiveness by developing beneficial personal habits and social skills
